The Situation

Ivy is a food-scanning app that instantly analyzes nutrition to help users make healthier choices. As a growing health-tech startup entering UGC for the first time, it had zero creator relationships, no content library, an extremely small budget, and a tight timeline.

The Challenge

They needed authentic, testimonial-style content that didn’t feel like ads, and a partner who could source relevant creators, run the entire production, and prove the channel worked at small scale before committing more.

What We Built

Campaign 1 was a $500 test with health & wellness micro-creators (10K-50K followers) running “I found this app and it changed how I grocery shop” and before/after scanning formats, it took just 8 approved submissions to find a replicable winner at ~$62.50 a video and an 87.5% approval rate. Campaign 2 scaled the winning archetypes across 17 vetted creators with rights for paid amplification.

The Results

Across $3,618 of scaled spend, Ivy got 631 creator videos and 1.37M views at a $2.65 CPM, averaging 2,167 views per submission, peaking at 160K+ on viral days, and holding a 5-10K daily baseline over five months. Top creators delivered 489K+ combined views, and Ivy left with a proven channel and a roster of partners.

“It took just 8 approved videos to find a format we could replicate, then we scaled the winners.”

MediaMaxxing - From 0 to 1.2M ARR in 3 Months

MediaMaxxing was born from a pivot to monetize high-growth social media communities through UGC coaching. The project was designed from day one to evolve from a service-based model into a scalable SaaS, integrating coaching and agency support directly into the platform as users gain momentum.

Choros AI

Choros is a B2B SaaS serving enterprise clients, but its go-to-market ran two competing motions in parallel: product-led growth for small accounts and sales-led growth for enterprise. Both used the same ads, messaging, and landing pages, so enterprise buyers landed on a “Start Free Trial” page built for SMBs.

Lovable

Lovable is a no-code SaaS allowing users to build custom software through plain English. Backed by a $200M raise at a $1.8B valuation (led by Accel and Mark Cuban), they’ve already scaled to 2.3M+ users. To maintain this momentum and saturate the market, Lovable partnered with MediaMaxxing to launch a high-volume UGC campaign using a performance-based pay-per-view model.
