1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information received from third-party advertising and analytics platforms.

Information you provide

  • Contact and booking details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message or information you submit through our forms, lead forms, or when booking a call.

  • Business information: details you share about your company, revenue stage, marketing, and goals during consultations or onboarding.

  • Communications: records of your correspondence with us by email, SMS, or on calls.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site.

  • Advertising identifiers: data associated with cookies, pixels, and tags described in Section 3, including click identifiers passed from ad platforms.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct consultation calls, and provide the Services;

3. Advertising, pixels, and tracking technologies

We advertise on and measure results across third-party platforms. These platforms place cookies, pixels, tags, or SDKs on the Site and may receive information about your interactions, including through server-side connections such as conversions APIs. We use the following:

Through the Meta Conversions API and similar server-side tools, we may share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) with these platforms to measure conversions and improve ad delivery. We do not receive payment for this, and it is used to operate our own advertising, not to sell your data. You can control much of this tracking through the cookie and opt-out options in Section 4 and Section 9.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support the advertising described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. 5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers: vendors who process data on our behalf, including our CRM (GoHighLevel), email and SMS delivery, calendar and booking tools, hosting, and analytics providers, each bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.

  • Advertising and analytics platforms: as described in Section 3, to measure and operate our own campaigns.

  • Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security

We are based in the United States and serve clients in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
