Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
